Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and Mail us at neevibyridhima@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
2. All the products are exclusively handmade by artisans, craftsmen and weavers, hence the irregularity in stitches, colours and prints that you notice are not errors but a confirmation of the authenticity of your products being handmade and not machine made. Light weaving inconsistencies or small holes in fabric is an intricate part of handmade process and cannot be considered as defects. The weather conditions plays a critical and important role in the making of hand block prints and natural dyes. Thus a slight variation in the prints and colours may happen depending on the prevalent weather conditions at that point of time and we don't consider these variations as defects.
3. Write to us on neevibyridhima@gmail.com for your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment along with photographs of the item/items delivered to you. You would receive a mail from us within 24 hours with further instructions. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
5. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount including the shipping charges if it has been charged.
6. Shipping charges, if charged are non refundable after the order has been shipped. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
7. Refund or exchange would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received in good condition.
8. If you want to exchange the product with another product of higher or lower amount, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund once we receive the product. In the meanwhile, you can place fresh order for the desired product.
9. NO (R) NO return or exchange on Fabric and Kadappa Cotton Sarees
10. The final authority to cancel any order before shipping rests with Neevi by Ridhima and shall be intimated via E-mail and further appropaction will be taken.
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
